Managers/Coaches, register your team for one of our upcoming tournaments. Fill out the application below to get started. Upon submission you will be redirected to PayPal to complete the transaction. Please note that entries are not official until payment is received. Entry deadline is 7 days prior to tournament. No spots will be held. Only teams who have paid will be in the tournament. No drops will be allowed after the tournament is considered full or brackets are done. Whichever comes first.
