Please fill out an application below to sign your child up for the upcoming season. Upon submission you will be redirected to PayPal to complete the transaction. Please note that if you do not submit your payment information, your child will not be registered for the upcoming season. Entry fees: If a tournament is cancelled, teams may receive a refund or another tournament. Teams that pull out, and there are enough teams to play, will receive entry to another tournament for that season. Teams that pull out once brackets are filled will not get a refund.
